Shalu is the Director of "Talam" school of performing Arts in Ahmedabad. She is also a performing artist of Indian classical dances- Bharat Natyam & Kuchipudi. She has participated in many groups and trainings at the Osho Meditation Resorts which led to beautiful experiences of meditative spaces, silence and spirituality using Dance and Music.

- She started "Talam" in 1989 where dance and music is taught.

- She also conducts Wellbeing programmes which include awareness exercises, meditations and  self-exploration.

- Working with children has given Shalu a deeper understanding of how to bring out the best in them. To this end she has developed special programmes and workshops for Mothers and children.

Pablo is a qualified yoga teacher from the Vivekananda School of Yoga ( Bangalore, India). He has studied intensively under Swami Yogananda Saraswati for 3 years. Swamiji specializes in Pranic Hatha Yoga and Yoga Therapy for various ailments. He is also a Reiki Master.

Pablo along with his friend will be hosting seven day retreats which include yoga, meditation, organic food and comfortable lodging
